EPIC
As a social care service for young adults with Autism, the concept of Kindness Rocks perfectly compliments our five ways to wellbeing - give, take notice, connect, be active and keep learning.

The beautifully written book has helped our service users to build an understanding of empathy and self, while the sport led activities have given them goals to work toward and a community mindset. From creating our Kindness Rocks garden filled with positive affirmations to using high fives as a physical connection for encouragement and celebration, Sheryl always delivers sessions that promote connection and acknowledgement.

Paper Cup Coffee
Sheryl/KindnessRocks has been a great supporter of the work we do, and has assisted the people we support by donating socks, Easter eggs and Christmas treats. As a small charity, it really makes a difference having the generosity of people like Sheryl to put a smile on the faces of the people we assist.

Linked Living Liverpool
Sheryl came to our newly opened hub to do a story session with our service users! Not only did she spend her time to come and read to those living in temporary accommodation she has been actively donating books to our lending library which she helped open! The children absolutely loved meeting and listening to Sheryl read Kindness Rocks to them and were all so pleased with their signed copies! We cannot wait to get her back in again for some more storytelling and fun.

The Bombed Out Church
The Kindness Rocks event at the Bombed-Out Church brought people together in such a heartfelt way. The hand-knitted scarves, each with kindness tags created by local children, spread warmth and joy while reminding our community of the power of small acts of care. It was a beautiful example of kindness in action, and its impact was deeply felt here.
- Kate Jones, Operations Director, St Luke's Bombed Out Church C.I.C.

Cash for Kids Liverpool
Sheryl/Kindness Rocks has been an incredible supporter of Cash for Kids for several years now. Each time we meet she is so friendly, warm and eager to help our cause.

Not only has Sheryl’s brand, Kindness Rocks, donated gifts at Christmas so that children would wake up on Christmas morning with presents that they can feel excited to open and be proud of owning, Sheryl has also taken part in some fundraising challenges.

Sheryl/Team Kindness Rocks fundraised to enable Cash for Kids to continue to help local children whilst taking part in challenges such as, The Anfield Abseil and Run Aintree.

We are so grateful to Sheryl, her kindness does rock, and with her kindness, she is showing our charity and the children and families that we serve, that they are not alone, they have people in their community who will stand up for them and ensure they feel the support and kindness.

- Laura Charlton, Regional Charity Manager, Cash for Kids.

The Knit & Natter Group – The Reader
We got to support Kindness Rocks after a request for scarves came in from Sheryl. As a group we love to support local charities when we can so this was right up our street! We were happy to donate more than 150 scarves of every style and colour. It was a pleasure for us to meet Sheryl and to learn how and when the scarves would be distributed and the launch event was a great success.

Many of our members live alone or have health difficulties so the opportunity to knit or crochet supporting others is a huge boost to their well being that cannot be overstated. We also love the fact that school children were involved writing message of love for the scarves. Truly an inter-generational project!
Thank you to Kindness Rocks for giving us this opportunity.
